I Would Describe Myself As

Outdoor sport is the basis of my lifestyle, and perhaps my religion as well. Yet I am a very serious thinker who is sensitive to challenges facing individuals, humanity and environmental challenges. I founded a non-profit organization to encourage students, teachers, athletes, and all people to be aware and care of others, not only self. That said, I have curated 'quite a lifestyle' over the last 25 years - traveling the world competing in XTERRA (mountain-bike triathlon). I have two grown daughters, who are also deeply into their sports, and do their best at being good people. Now in my 60's, being adventurous with people, places, and influence is who I am and what I do. I love life, and am easily entertained by running, swimming, cycling alone - for hours. I absolutely love skiing, have skied in many parts of the world, but can't really do it alone. Thus I signed up on this site! I want to meet someone who has positive energy, is fundamentally happy, ambitious, and accomplished - and very fit!
