I Would Describe Myself As

Hi, I am into all things related to snow and living in the outside enjoying it. I am pretty much into it all as far as skiing goes. I do enjoy riding the lifts and traveling all over the country to ski. I do the Ikon and Indy and would do the Epic if I felt like I had the time to ski it and someone to ski it with. I hole up at my cabin in June Lake, CA much of the year so I can ski all that late season snow at Mammoth. At the resorts I'll do alpine, tele, and AT and, with skins in hand, I'm good with busting off for a little off-piste and throwing the skins on for the return.

I am into cross country as well. I have a very cool dog by the name of Moose that loves romping through the snow so I pride myself in staying in good shape and having the energy and drive to be able to cross country ski with my dog after skiing the lifts all day. I enjoy all types of recreational ski touring including lake skiing and skijoring as well as hitting the groomed tracks for skating and classic. I have been doing the American Birkiebinder Ski Race in Hayward, Wisconsin every year since 2021 with no end of that in site.

I also recently got a snowboard setup and plan on learning with my two young grandsons at Mammoth. I love my life in the mountains, chasing snow, hiking peaks, and enjoying hot springs and I would love to have someone to share that with.
